Last week, our Year 4,5 and 6 Eco-warriors attended a screening of ‘Under The Sea’ at the Rushden Lakes Imax cinema, as part of the Into film festival. They were enthralled by the film which was in 3D and which featured all sorts of underwater creatures including: sharks, turtles, sea snakes, stingrays and whales to name but a few. They learnt about how global warming is affecting our planet’s oceans and today in assembly they presented their new knowledge to the rest of Keystage 2, along with a message about how we can help by trying to waste less energy and use less plastic in school. Very proud of their confident, caring natures and growing articulacy.
